I guess it's just a personal preference. Who knows. Maybe she'll grow on me in the next book!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11439310901664701862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7126248996606920811.post-63540112939090834612015-07-06T17:02:21.912-04:002015-07-06T17:02:21.912-04:00Hey, thx so much for your tremendous review Christ...Hey, thx so much for your tremendous review Christina..I truly appreciate it! I'm so sorry you had that incredibly long synopsis..holy cow! It was changed up a while ago and I must have forgotten to change it on GR's…so sorry about that. And funny thing, I did have the 100 yr. old story in the beginning when I first began this adventure…however, it seemed a bit confusing to my beta reader, so I changed it up and added our narrator, Dunston, to help bring in the back story of the Chickering. It felt like it flowed better to me as well. Either way, you figured it out!
Oh, and the saddest thing ever, my beloved Mathilda! ha ha…she is actually my favorite character…how funny is that? She is precocious and does sort of blurt things out…but she always sees what everyone else is missing and can look around things outside of the box..so that's what I love about her. Hopefully she won't annoy you further into the story, ha ha. The second book is much faster paced and loads more action, readers have been enjoying and commenting on this aspect of the series, so hopefully you'll jump on board as well.
I can't thank you enough for taking the time to do this for me…it is deeply appreciated. And if any of your followers are interested in reading the series I would be happy to offer free ebooks for them…just let me know…again, thx, JuneThornton Berry Shire Presshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14594091410654495227noreply@blogger.com
