May Wrap-Up

Guys I suck. Seriously.

I never got my monthly giveaway up, so I really suck. This means that this month, I will be doing two giveaways. One will be for USA people, one will be for international people. Gotta make up for it, right? Honestly, my sister just moved to the area a couple weeks ago, and we've been doing a lot of work, getting her moved, cleaning and fixing up her house to sell... It's been a process. So I truly just haven't had much time to do anything.

Well, I may as well get into the month.

Recaps and Announcements

I mentioned last time that I might be announcing something. And I'm finally able to! I am officially joining Tracy from Cornerfolds in her candle-making venture! I recently went to the Deland Indie Market in Deland, FL and sold some of our new candles.

Speaking of, you can find us at etsy here, and on our instagram here. I'll put the link to the etsy store up in my links at the top of the page as well.

Other things? Well, I read a total of two books this month. I told you guys that I suck lol. So I read Ash and Quill, by Rachel Caine, and of course A Court of Wings and Ruin, by Sarah J Maas. It's not even like I was writing this month. I have taken the month off so I can get my head back into it when I next look at Spy Project.

Other things?

I went to MegaCon with my work friend, Rossi. And we had a great time, even though we were both absolutely exhausted from being up all night at work and then driving to the convention and walking around and losing my car and... Yep! It was a long day 😂  But I picked up a cool print of Deadpool with Gir, and I picked up two indie books. So that's neat.

I've decided that I'm going to submit Spy Project for Pitch Wars, so I may be even scarcer than usual. I'm sorry, guys! I do love the blog, but the career has to come first!

You may have also noticed that I've basically disappeared from twitter. There are reasons behind this, but for now, you can always find my on instagram. I do, however, answer DMs and tweets on twitter. I just don't go on there regularly like I used to. But if you talk to me, I'll respond :)

So I tried out a pescatarian diet for the month of May, in hopes I would lose some weight. And honestly, I don't think I have lost anything. But I feel so much better about myself. So I will probably stick with it.
