So I just got back from my parents' house this weekend and I brought back...25 books with me. Granted, I already owned most of them, but still.
I found most of my Tolkien collection. I appear to be missing Sir Gawain the Green Knight and Book of Lost Tales Vol 2. I went through all my old bookshelves (and my mom's) and found books that I let my mom borrow and she never returned. Ha! Mine again now! I still can't find my copy of Hamlet though.
One thing that I like to do while I'm visiting my parents is go to this particular thrift store. It benefits the education system, and it has an entire room of books (way more than most other thrift stores I've ever been in). So I ended up also buying two Sarah Dessen books and two classics. Can't beat 50₵ per book.
Long story short, I have a lot more books on my shelves than I did on Friday.
